We picked up a nice big soup pot on the side of the road. It was in the remnants of a garage sale.
We brought it home and found 4 really nice drinking glasses wrapped up inside *bonus*
The pot was scorched and there was cooked/boiled on food up the sides that looked like it had been scraped at but it scared me away from wanting to try to make it clean as my pots can look similar without a lot of elbow grease and this pot is HUGE.
The thought of other peoples food being stuck in my new (old) pot creeped me out and then it struck me. Martha's Tub Scrub! I nixed the essential oils and made a much smaller batch consisting of baking soda, dish soap and water.
Martha, It worked like a charm.
